Content Creation Policy

This Content Creation Policy applies to ISEKAI ZERO services (the "Platform"), which include all apps, websites, software, and related services accessed via any platform or device that are linked to this Content Creation Policy. The Platform is provided and controlled by ARx Media Sdn. Bhd. ("ISEKAI ZERO", "we", "our" or "us").

This Content Creation Policy is designed to keep our community of creators and players protected, and to encourage creators to take responsibility for their part in this effort. It sets out what is and is not allowed on the Platform, and applies to all content across the platform.

This Content Creation Policy applies to all types of creator-authored content on the Platform, including Character profiles, Storyline descriptions, images, thumbnails, first messages, comments, metadata, and any other content directly created and controlled by users. These guidelines are designed to protect the community from harmful content, harassment, and spam, and are regularly updated in consultation with external experts and ISEKAI ZERO creators.

Scope of Creator Responsibility

This policy applies to content that creators directly author and control. As an AI-powered platform, it is important to distinguish between content creators are responsible for and content generated by the AI system during gameplay.

Creators Are Responsible For:

Character profiles - Names, descriptions, personality traits, backgrounds, appearance descriptions
Storyline content - Titles, descriptions, synopsis, plot summaries, premises
Storyline cover images - Thumbnails, cover artwork
First messages/Opening scenarios - The initial scene or message that begins a Storyline
Character images - Avatar images, character artwork, visual designs
Tags and metadata - SFW/NSFW classification, age ratings, content warnings, genre tags
Comments - Any comments creators post on the platform
Collections - Curated collections of Storylines or Characters
External links - Any links included in descriptions or profiles

Creators Are NOT Responsible For:

AI-generated dialogue - The actual responses generated by the AI during player interactions
Player inputs - What players type or how they interact with Characters
Unexpected AI behavior - Unintended responses that occur despite appropriate character design

Important Note: While you are not responsible for real-time AI responses, you ARE responsible for how you design and set up your Characters and Storylines. Content deliberately designed to circumvent policies or generate violations will be treated as a policy violation.

1. Spam, Scams, Deceptive Practices, and Plagiarism Policies

Character/Storyline Spam

Content that is excessively posted, repetitive, or untargeted and does one or more of the following:

Character descriptions or Storyline synopsis that promise players something but deliver different content.
Gets clicks, views, or traffic off the Platform by promising viewers that they will make quick money.
Sends audiences to sites that spread harmful software, try to gather personal information, or other sites that have negative impacts.

Misleading thumbnails or metadata

Using the Character names, descriptions, images, Storyline titles, or cover images to trick users into believing the content is something it is not what it is.

Incentivization spam

Content that sells engagement metrics such as views, likes, comments, or any other metric on the Platform. This type of spam can also include content where the only purpose is to boost subscribers, views, or other metrics.

Fake Engagement and Metric Manipulation

Artificially inflating engagement metrics on the Platform is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

Creating multiple accounts to like, view, or otherwise engage with your own content
Using alternate accounts, bot accounts, or automated tools to boost engagement metrics such as likes, views, comments, favorites, or any other platform metric
Coordinating with other creators or third parties to exchange likes, views, or other engagement metrics (like-swapping rings)
Purchasing or soliciting fake engagement from external services, tools, or individuals
Using any method to artificially manipulate the Platform's discovery, ranking, or recommendation systems
Any other form of inauthentic engagement designed to misrepresent the popularity or quality of content

Consequences:

Fake engagement and metric manipulation is a zero tolerance violation. The main account and all associated accounts will be permanently banned immediately, all content will be removed from the platform, and no refunds will be issued. There are no warnings, no second chances, and no appeals.

Comments spam

Comments where the sole purpose is to gather personal info from viewers, misleadingly drive viewers off ISEKAI ZERO, or perform any of the prohibited behaviors noted above.

Repetitive comments

Leaving large amounts of identical, untargeted or repetitive comments.

Scams

Content offering cash gifts, pyramid schemes or "get rich quick" schemes to lure users.

Plagiarism and Copyright Infringement

ISEKAI ZERO does not tolerate plagiarism of other creators' work or copyright infringement. All content must be original or properly attributed.

PROHIBITED:

Plagiarism of Other Creators:

Directly copying character profiles, descriptions, or storylines from other creators (on or off platform)
Using substantial portions of another creator's work without permission or attribution
Copying plot structures, character backgrounds, or unique elements from other creators' works
Republishing content created by others as your own
Making small changes to copied content and claiming it as original
Changing character names but keeping descriptions/storylines identical
"Reskinning" another creator's work with minimal alterations

Creating content that violates copyright law or infringes on intellectual property rights

WHAT IS ALLOWED:

Content you create yourself from your own imagination
Content inspired by genres, tropes, or themes (not specific copyrighted works)
Transformative works with substantial original creative elements
Content you have explicit written permission to use
Content with proper licensing agreements
Public domain works (properly verified as public domain)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

We comply with all valid DMCA takedown requests from copyright holders
Copyright infringement may result in content removal and account penalties
Using a different image does NOT make copyrighted characters your original work
"I changed the name" does NOT protect against copyright claims
There is NO "safe percentage" for copying - any substantial similarity may be plagiarism
When in doubt, create original content

Consequences:

The following consequences apply to plagiarism of OTHER CREATORS' WORK:

First Offense (Appears Unintentional):

Content removed immediately
Written warning issued
Must revise with original content to restore privileges
Educational guidance provided

Second Offense / Pattern of Behavior:

7-30 day account suspension (based on severity)
All infringing content removed
Loss of monetization privileges for 90 days

Severe / Intentional / Repeated Plagiarism:

Immediate permanent ban
All content removed from platform
Reports filed with original creators if applicable
No refunds on Arcane credits or subscriptions
IP address and device identifiers may be blocked

DMCA / Copyright Holder Requests:

We comply with all valid DMCA takedown requests
Content removed immediately upon valid notice from copyright holders
This is NOT considered a violation by the creator unless there is a pattern of repeated DMCA claims
Repeated DMCA takedowns may result in loss of ability to post public content

2. Sexual and Nudity Content Policy

This Policy applies to creator-authored content including Character profiles, Character images, Storyline descriptions, cover images, first messages, and all other content you directly create.

Explicit content that violates this Policy could result in account termination.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED (Zero Tolerance):

Do not create content such as the following:

Sexualization of Underage Characters:

Characters depicting characters in sexual situations, or Storylines designed around sexual content involving underage characters
Characters in NSFW content that appear to be underage characters or have underage-like features, child-like appearances, child-like mind, or youthful characteristics, regardless of stated age in the description
All NSFW characters must be clearly depicted as adults (18+) in both appearance and description

Non-Consensual Sexual Content:

Character profiles or Storyline descriptions that depict non-consensual sexual content, including rape, sexual assault, or sexual coercion
Storylines involving non-consensual sexual scenarios or themes
Content that glorifies, promotes, or normalizes sexual violence
"Dubious consent" scenarios where consent is unclear or implied to be absent
CNC (consensual-non-consent) scenarios or roleplay
Characters described as ignoring, overcoming, or not understanding consent

Illegal Sexual Content:

Character descriptions or Storyline setups involving incest (sexual content between blood-related family members, including but not limited to parent-child, siblings, grandparent-grandchild, aunt/uncle-niece/nephew, or cousins)
Character descriptions or Storyline setups involving bestiality
Any sexual content involving animals

Grooming and Predatory Content

Content depicting grooming dynamics, where an adult character cultivates a relationship with a minor character with the intent of future sexual or romantic involvement
"Wait until they're 18" scenarios, where a character is depicted as pursuing, grooming, or maintaining romantic/sexual interest in a minor with the intention of initiating a sexual or romantic relationship once the minor reaches the age of majority
Content depicting an authority figure (guardian, teacher, caretaker, mentor, adoptive parent, or similar) exploiting a position of trust or power over a character they raised, mentored, or supervised as a minor, for the purpose of sexual or romantic involvement
Any content that romanticizes, normalizes, or portrays predatory behavior toward minors as desirable, flattering, or consensual

School Uniform and High School Setting Content

Storylines or Characters featuring secondary/high school uniforms, secondary/high school settings, or other visual or contextual indicators that imply an underage environment such as middle school or high school settings, secondary school uniforms, classroom settings with juvenile characteristics, or similar, cannot be tagged or published as NSFW. NSFW content set in academies, universities, or other educational institutions is permitted only where all characters are clearly depicted as adults in both appearance and description, the setting does not visually resemble a secondary school environment, and no element of the content implies or suggests underage characters.
Content depicting characters in secondary school or high school uniforms in sexual or suggestive contexts is prohibited, regardless of the stated age of the characters. "Suggestive" includes content designed to be sexually appealing, including provocative poses, partial undressing, romantic or flirtatious framing, or imagery intended to sexualize the school setting.
Secondary school uniform imagery inherently implies underage characters; NSFW content featuring such imagery will be treated as a violation of the Sexualization of Underage Characters policy and subject to Zero Tolerance enforcement.

Explicit Visual Content in Character Images and Storyline Covers:

Exposed genitalia (illustrated, AI-generated, or photographic) in Character images or Storyline covers
Exposed nipples or areolas (illustrated, AI-generated, or photographic) in Character images or Storyline covers
Full frontal nudity in Character images or Storyline covers
Clothing or fabric so tight, thin, or translucent that it reveals detailed genital contours, shapes, or outlines (including camel toe, visible penis shape, or other genital definition)
Material that functionally exposes intimate areas despite technical "coverage"
Imagery designed to sexually gratify through detailed rendering of genital areas through fabric
Explicit sexual acts or simulations depicted in images
Pornographic imagery meant for sexual gratification
Graphic nudity meant for sexual gratification
Real life human images, including AI-generated realistic images

Important: Character images and Storyline covers must be suitable for browsing/discovery. Even for NSFW-tagged content, cover images cannot show explicit nudity or sexual acts.

Requirements for NSFW Content (18+ only):

NSFW content must be properly tagged and comply with the prohibitions above.
Textual content may contain mature themes and suggestive descriptions.
Visual content must not show prohibited explicit imagery.
Content not explicitly listed above may still be subject to review and restriction if it is determined to compromise the safety or integrity of the platform and its community.

NSFW Tagging Requirements:

All NSFW Character profiles and Storylines must be properly tagged upon creation
Character images and Storyline cover images must comply with visual content restrictions
Tagging is based on the MOST MATURE element - if ANY element (image, description, or theme) is NSFW, the entire content must be tagged NSFW
First messages should match the NSFW/SFW designation
Final NSFW classification may be adjusted by moderators after review

This policy applies to Character profiles, Character images, Storyline descriptions, Storyline covers, first messages, comments, metadata, and any other creator-authored content. Remember these are just some examples, and do not post content if you think it might violate this policy.

NSFW Content Featuring Copyrighted Characters or Settings:

NSFW or sexual content featuring characters, settings, or franchises from copyrighted works is strictly prohibited, regardless of the original work's target audience or tone
This includes but is not limited to characters from cartoons, anime, video games, films, television shows, books, comics, and any other copyrighted media
Renaming a copyrighted character, altering minor visual details, or making superficial changes while retaining recognizable elements of the original character does not exempt the content from this rule. Content will be evaluated based on overall recognizability, not individual changes.
Original characters set within copyrighted worlds or franchises are also prohibited from NSFW content

3. Smut Tag Classification

The "Smut" tag identifies submissions where sexual content is the primary purpose of the experience rather than a narrative element within a broader story. Stories with dark or mature themes that include sexual content within a larger narrative framework are not classified as Smut.

ISEKAI ZERO reserves the final right to apply the Smut tag to any submission. Tagging decisions remain at the moderation team's discretion.

4. External Links Policy

Do not post links in your Character descriptions, Storyline descriptions, comments, or any creator-authored content that direct users to content that violates our Policies. This includes links that are as stated but not limited to the following:

Links to pornography.
Links to websites or apps that install malware.
Links to websites or apps phishing for a user's sign in info, financial info, etc.
Links to websites, apps, or other sources that give unauthorized access to audio content, audio-visual content, video games, software, or streaming services that normally require payment.
Links to websites that seek to raise funds or recruit for terrorist organizations.
Links to sites containing Child Sexual Abuse Imagery (CSAI).
Links to content containing hate or harassment elements.
Links to content encouraging others to commit violent acts.
Links to websites or apps that spread misleading or deceptive content that can cause serious risk of egregious harm, such as interfering with democratic processes.
Links to content on or off the platform that contains material that would violate any ISEKAI ZERO Content Creation Policy, including but not limited to alternate, "uncensored," or "unedited" versions of stories that have been rejected, removed, or modified during moderation review

This Policy applies to Character profiles, Storyline descriptions, comments and any other creator-authored content on the Platform. This includes links directing users to other content within the ISEKAI ZERO platform, not only external websites. These links include: clickable URLs, showing text of URLs in videos or images, and obfuscated URLs (such as writing "dot com" instead of ".com"). These links can also include verbally directing users to other sites, encouraging viewers to visit creator profiles or pages on other sites or promising violative content on other sites. This list is not complete. Please note that affiliate content does not violate the Platform's Terms of Use. Excessively posting affiliate content in dedicated accounts may violate our policies around spam.

5. Age-Restricted Content

We may add an age restriction to creator-authored content that includes any of the following:

Harmful or dangerous acts that minors could imitate

Character descriptions or Storyline setups containing adults participating in dangerous activities that minors could easily imitate.

Adult themes in family content

Content meant for adult audiences but could easily be confused with family content. This includes Characters or Storylines that contain adult themes such as violence, sex, or death. Please age restrict your content upon upload if it is intended for mature audiences.

Vulgar languages

Content using sexually explicit language or excessive profanity may lead to age restriction as some languages are not appropriate for younger audiences.

If your Character description or Storyline setup warns minors not to perform dangerous activities, we may allow this content without restriction. It will also need to explain the need for professional adult supervision.

Important Note: Content not explicitly listed above may still be subject to age restriction if it is determined to compromise the safety or integrity of the platform and its community.

6. Child Safety Policy

This policy applies to Character profiles, Character images, Storyline descriptions, Storyline covers, first messages, comments, and any other creator-authored content. Do not post content on the Platform if it fits any of the following:

Inflicting or advocating for the infliction of physical, sexual or emotional maltreatment or neglect of a child in Character descriptions, Storyline premises, or images, including inflicting emotional distress on underage characters.
Content that contains infliction of physical, sexual, or emotional abuse of a child within an educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic context and with blurring may receive an exception.
Content in Character descriptions or Storyline setups that could cause minor participants or viewers emotional distress, including:
- Exposing underage characters to mature themes
- Simulating parental abuse
- Coercing underage characters
- Violence

SFW Only Enforcement for Content with Underage Characters

ISEKAI ZERO enforces strict safeguards to prevent any possibility of CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) on the platform.

"Contains Underage Character(s)" Setting

All storylines featuring underage characters must have the "Contains Underage Character(s)" setting enabled. When this setting is active, the system automatically enforces SFW-only mode at the system level, preventing:

Sexual or explicit content in AI responses
NSFW image generation
Players from steering content in sexual directions

Who is Considered Underage

A character is considered underage if they:

Are under 18 years of age
Appear "too young" or child-like, regardless of stated age - Claiming a young-looking character is "actually 1000 years old" does NOT exempt them from this policy
Have the mentality of a child, regardless of stated age - Characters with childlike minds or mental development are considered underage

Visual appearance and mental capacity determine age classification, not declared age in descriptions.

Requirements

All storylines featuring underage characters MUST have the "Contains Underage Character(s)" setting enabled
This applies to ANY storyline where at least one character is, appears to be, or has the mentality of an underage person
Characters with youthful appearances in SFW storylines must have this setting enabled to prevent potential abuse

Moderator Authority

Moderators have final authority to determine if a storyline requires the "Contains Underage Character(s)" setting
Public storylines featuring underage or youthful-appearing characters will have this setting enabled during moderation review if not already enabled by the creator
System will automatically enforce SFW-only mode when the setting is active

Enforcement

Storylines featuring underage characters without proper settings will be modified by moderators
Creators who repeatedly fail to properly enable this setting will face suspension or permanent ban
Attempting to circumvent or disable mandated SFW Only protections is a serious policy violation

Sexualization of Underage Characters

Sexually explicit content featuring underage characters and content that sexually exploits underage characters, including nudity posted with comedic intent, is strictly prohibited.

This includes NSFW characters with underage-like appearances, child-like features, or youthful characteristics, regardless of stated age. Characters tagged NSFW must clearly appear as adults in all visual depictions and descriptions.

Grooming and Predatory Dynamics

Content depicting grooming behavior is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to scenarios where an adult character develops a relationship with an underage character with the expressed or implied intent of future sexual or romantic involvement, including "waiting until they turn 18" narratives. Content where an authority figure (such as a guardian, teacher, mentor, or caretaker) who knew or supervised a character as a minor later pursues a sexual or romantic relationship with that character is also prohibited, regardless of the character's stated age at the time of the relationship.

Circumvention and Promotion of Underage Character Sexualization

Do not create content that attempts to circumvent protections or promotes sexualization of underage characters:

Creating SFW content featuring underage characters while promoting, encouraging, or glorifying NSFW interactions with those characters on any platform (including Discord, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Twitter/X, or any other community or social media platform)
Advertising or suggesting that players can engage in NSFW scenarios with underage characters
Designing SFW storylines with underage characters that are intended to enable NSFW gameplay
Any promotion or discussion encouraging players to circumvent safety features with content involving underage characters
Discussing, sharing, or encouraging methods to bypass age restrictions or content policies related to underage characters

This applies to ALL platforms and communities, including official ISEKAI ZERO Discord servers, Facebook, Instagram, social media, third-party platforms, and any other communication channels, both current and future.

Important Note: Content not explicitly listed above may still be subject to review and restriction if it is determined to compromise the safety of minors or the integrity of the platform and its community.

Zero Tolerance for Circumvention

CSAM is a serious offense. Any attempts to circumvent these protections, including discussions about how to bypass safeguards will result in immediate permanent ban from the Platform AND all official ISEKAI ZERO community platforms (Discord, Facebook, Instagram, and all other channels).

There is zero tolerance for this behavior.

Violation of this policy results in immediate permanent ban from the Platform AND all official ISEKAI ZERO community platforms.

Harmful or dangerous acts involving Underage Characters

Character descriptions or Storyline setups showing underage character(s) participating in dangerous activities or encouraging underage character(s) to do dangerous activities. Never create content that puts underage character(s) in harmful situations that may lead to injury, including dangerous stunts, challenges, dares, or pranks.

Misleading family content

Character profiles or Storyline descriptions that appear suitable for children but contain:

Sexual themes.
Violence.
Obscenity or other mature themes not suitable for young audiences.
Medical procedures.
Self-harm.
Use of adult horror characters.
Other inappropriate themes intended to shock young audiences.
Content that targets underage characters and families with age-inappropriate themes within an educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic context may receive an exception. This is not a pass to target underage characters and families with mature themes intended to shock young audiences.
Content labeled as suitable for kids in the Character/Storyline title, description, tags, or metadata that contains age-inappropriate themes such as violence, sex, death, drugs, and more. Content labelled as suitable for kids in the video's title, description, tags, or in the audience selection if it contains age-inappropriate themes are not allowed.
Make sure your titles, descriptions, and tags match the audience you are targeting. In addition, ensure your audience selection accurately represents the audience your content is suitable for. You can also age restrict your content upon upload if it is intended for mature audiences.

Cyberbullying and harassment involving Underage Characters

Intends to shame, deceive or insult an underage character.
Reveals personal information like email addresses or bank account numbers.
Contains sexualization.
Encourages others to bully or harass.

7. Thumbnails and Images Policy

Do not post a Character image, Storyline cover image, or other image on the Platform if it shows the following:

PROHIBITED in ALL Images:

Pornographic imagery
Sexual acts or explicit simulations of sexual acts
Use of sex toys or fetish items
Exposed genitalia (illustrated, AI-generated, or photographic)
Clothing or fabric so tight, thin, or translucent that it reveals detailed genital contours, shapes, or outlines (including camel toe, visible penis shape, or other genital definition)
Material that functionally exposes intimate areas despite technical "coverage"
Imagery designed to sexually gratify through detailed rendering of genital areas through fabric
Imagery that depicts unwanted sexualization or non-consensual scenarios
Violent imagery that intends to shock or disgust
Graphic or disturbing imagery with blood or gore
Vulgar or lewd language overlays
An image that misleads users to think they are about to experience something that is not in the Character or Storyline
Real life human images, including AI-generated realistic images
Any image deemed too explicit or inappropriate by ISEKAI ZERO at our sole discretion

Characters and Storylines Cover Image:

Character images and Storyline cover images must NOT include:

Exposed genitalia (illustrated, AI-generated, or photographic)
Explicit sexual acts or simulations
Graphic nudity meant for sexual gratification
Any image deemed too explicit or inappropriate by ISEKAI ZERO at our sole discretion

NSFW Character Appearance Requirement:

Characters in NSFW content must NOT have underage-like appearances or child-like features
This applies regardless of stated age in descriptions
Characters must be visually depicted as adults with mature physical characteristics
Content featuring characters that appear underage will be removed and may result in permanent ban

Remember: Even for NSFW-tagged content, cover images must be browseable. Save explicit content for the actual storyline/character interactions, not the cover image.

Important Note: Content not explicitly listed above may still be subject to review and restriction if it is determined to compromise the safety or integrity of the platform and its community.

8. Suicide, Self-Harm and Eating Disorders Policy

At ISEKAI ZERO, we take the health and well-being of all our creators, users and viewers seriously. Awareness and understanding of mental health is important and we support creators sharing their stories, such as posting content discussing their experiences with depression, self-harm, eating disorders, or other mental health issues. However, we do not allow content on the Platform that promotes and/or glorifies suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders, that is intended to shock or disgust, or that poses a considerable risk to viewers. If you find yourself being negatively affected by any mental health, suicide, self-harm, or eating disorder related content you come across, know that there is support available and you are not alone.

PROHIBITED:

Content that provides specific methods, instructions, or detailed descriptions of how to engage in self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating behaviors.
Content that glorifies, romanticizes, or aestheticizes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders (e.g., portraying self-harm scars as beautiful, depicting suicidal ideation as poetic or tragically desirable).
Characters or Storylines designed to encourage, dare, or pressure players into self-harm or disordered eating.
Content that mocks, shames, or dismisses individuals struggling with mental health conditions, self-harm, or eating disorders.
Pro-anorexia, pro-bulimia, or similar pro-eating-disorder content, including content that promotes extreme dieting, purging, or food restriction as positive lifestyle choices.
Content depicting suicide pacts, suicide games, or self-harm challenges.

9. Harmful or Dangerous Content Policy

Do not post any harmful or dangerous acts, challenges, and pranks.

Extremely dangerous challenges

Challenges that pose an imminent risk of physical injury or fatality.

Dangerous or threatening pranks

Pranks that lead victims to fear imminent serious physical danger, or that create serious emotional distress in underage character.

Harmful or dangerous acts

Content that promotes, encourages, or instructs others to engage in activities that could cause serious injury or death.

Underage characters participating in dangerous activities

Content that endangers the emotional and physical well-being of underage characters. For more info, please read our "Child Safety Policy".

Instructions to kill or harm

Instructions that show or tell viewers how to perform activities that are meant to kill or severely harm others.

Explosives

Giving instructions to make explosive devices or compounds meant to injure or kill others.

Firearms

Instructions that show or tell viewers how to obtain and operate firearms that are meant to kill or severely harm others.

Instructional theft

Character descriptions or Storyline setups posted with the express intent to steal physical goods or get something for free.

Hacking

Demonstrating how to use computers or information technology with the intent to steal credentials, compromise personal data, or cause serious harm to others.

Bypassing payment for digital content or services

Content that shows viewers how to get unauthorized access to content, software, or services that usually require payment.

Phishing

Content that tries to get or gives instructions for how to get non-public personal identifying information from viewers by deceiving them.

Cryptophishing

Requests for cryptocurrency or cryptocurrency-related wallet details as a part of a phishing scheme.

10. Violent or Graphic Content Policies

Violent physical sexual assaults described in Character profiles or Storyline setups (text descriptions or imagery).
Detailed descriptions or imagery from the perspective of a perpetrator during a deadly or major violent event in Character backgrounds or Storyline premises.

Violent or graphic content

Inciting others to commit violent acts against individuals or a defined group of people.
Fights involving underage characters.
Character descriptions, Storyline setups, or images depicting graphic violence, gore, torture, or disturbing scenarios where the primary purpose is to shock or disgust rather than serve a legitimate narrative, educational, or artistic purpose.
Character images or Storyline covers showing excessive gore, graphic bodily harm, or disturbing imagery where the primary intent is to shock or disgust rather than convey the content's theme or genre.
Images of corpses with massive injuries, such as severed limbs.

Animal abuse content

Content where humans coerce animals to fight.
Content where a human maliciously mistreats an animal and causes them to experience distress outside of traditional or standard practices. Examples of traditional or standard practices include hunting or food preparation.
Content where a human unnecessarily puts an animal in poor conditions outside of traditional or standard practices. Examples of traditional or standard practices include hunting or food preparation.
Content that glorifies or promotes serious neglect, mistreatment, or harm toward animals.
Content that shows animal rescue that is staged and puts the animal in harmful scenarios.
Graphic content that features animals and intends to shock or disgust.

Dramatized or fictional content

Character descriptions or Storyline setups that impersonate real people or depict real events without clear fictional/parody disclaimers, where players might be misled into believing they are interacting with real individuals or true events.

11. Hate Speech and Discrimination Policy

Do not create content on the Platform that promotes hatred or discrimination. This applies to all creator-authored content including Character profiles, Storyline descriptions, images, and comments.

Do not create Character profiles or Storyline descriptions that:

Promote hatred or discrimination based on:
- Race or ethnicity
- Religion
- Gender or gender identity
- Sexual orientation
- Nationality
- Disability
- Age
- Any other protected characteristic
Include slurs or derogatory language targeting protected groups
Promote conspiracy theories that target or vilify specific groups
Dehumanize or devalue people based on protected characteristics
Promote violence or hatred against groups
Deny well-documented violent events (Holocaust denial, genocide denial, etc.)
Defame, mock, or create hateful content targeting real-world royalty and royal families

Violation of this policy will result in immediate permanent ban.

Important Note: Content not explicitly listed above may still be subject to review and restriction if it is determined to compromise the safety or integrity of the platform and its community.

12. Cultural Sensitivity

We operate globally and respect cultural diversity. All content creators must adhere to the following when creating Characters and Storylines:

Respect Cultural Practices

Character descriptions and Storyline setups should not mock or demean cultural practices
Respectful exploration and education about cultures is encouraged
Stereotypes and caricatures that demean cultures are not allowed

Religious Content

Character profiles and Storyline descriptions involving religious themes must be respectful
Content that mocks, insults, or promotes hatred of religious groups is prohibited
Respectful fictional portrayals of religious themes are acceptable

Political Content

Character descriptions or Storyline premises involving political themes should not incite violence or hatred
Respectful discussion of political topics is allowed in content setups
Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism is strictly prohibited
Misinformation about elections and democratic processes is not allowed

Historical Content

Historical Characters or Storylines should be educational, not glorifying harmful events
Content about historical atrocities should provide appropriate context
Content that glorifies war crimes, genocide, or other historical atrocities is prohibited
Educational content about difficult historical topics is allowed with proper framing and content warnings

13. Misinformation Policy

Do not create content on the Platform if it fits any of the following:

Suppression of census participation

Character descriptions or Storyline setups aiming to mislead census participants about the time, place, means, or eligibility requirements of the census, or false claims that could materially discourage census participation.

Manipulated content

Character descriptions or Storyline premises that present manipulated or doctored information in a way that misleads users and may pose a serious risk of egregious harm.

14. Elections Misinformation Policy

Do not create content on the Platform if it fits any of the following:

Voter suppression

Content aiming to mislead voters about the time, place, means, or eligibility requirements for voting, or false claims that could materially discourage voting.

Candidate eligibility

Content that advances false claims related to the technical eligibility requirements for current political candidates and sitting elected government officials to serve in office. Eligibility requirements considered are based on applicable national law, and include age, citizenship, or vital status.

Incitement to interfere with democratic processes

Content encouraging others to interfere with democratic processes. This includes obstructing or interrupting voting procedures.

Election integrity

Content advancing false claims that widespread fraud, errors, or glitches occurred in certain past elections to determine heads of government or content that claims that the certified results of those elections were false.

15. Medical Misinformation Policy

Do not create content on the Platform if it fits any of the following:

Prevention misinformation

Character descriptions or Storyline setups that promote information that contradicts health authority guidance on the prevention or transmission of specific health conditions, or on the safety, efficacy or ingredients of currently approved and administered vaccines.

Treatment misinformation

Content in Character profiles or Storyline descriptions that promotes information that contradicts health authority guidance on treatments for specific health conditions, including promotion of specific harmful substances or practices that have not been approved by local health authorities or the World Health Organization as safe or effective, or that have been confirmed to cause severe harm.

Denial misinformation

Character descriptions or Storyline setups that deny the existence of specific health conditions.

16. Educational, Documentary, Scientific, and Artistic (EDSA) Content

ISEKAI ZERO allows certain creator-authored content that might otherwise violate guidelines if it offers compelling reasons and context for players. This is known as the EDSA exception, and we evaluate such content based on the following factors:

a. Copyright and Intellectual Property

ISEKAI ZERO's policies include respecting copyright and intellectual property laws. Creators are responsible for ensuring that their Character profiles, Storyline descriptions, and images do not violate copyright laws. Please keep in mind that:

Sometimes you can use someone else's content without infringing their copyright, such as in cases of fair use. You can also use someone else's content when you have permission from them.
If you create a Character or Storyline that contains someone else's work, your content could be removed due to a copyright takedown request from the copyright holder.
We comply with all DMCA takedown requests and reserve the right to remove any copyrighted content at any time without advance notice.
If your copyright-protected content was posted on the Platform without your permission, you can submit a copyright removal request to contact@isekai.world.
ISEKAI ZERO does not decide copyright ownership or mediate ownership disputes.

b. Enforcement and Compliance

ISEKAI ZERO uses a combination of human reviewers and machine learning to enforce its policies. The platform also allows the community to flag content they find inappropriate. ISEKAI ZERO's approach to enforcement includes age-restricting content that may not be suitable for users under 18 years of age.

We Moderate creator-authored content (Character profiles, Storyline descriptions, images, metadata) is subject to AI flagging and human moderator review.

c. Data Privacy and Security

Protecting user data and privacy is a priority for ISEKAI ZERO. The platform has policies and practices in place to maintain user privacy and safeguard content.

Submitted Content:

AI Detection - Our AI system automatically scans character profiles, Storyline descriptions, images, and metadata for potential policy violations
Human Review - Flagged content is reviewed by trained human moderators
Context Consideration - Moderators consider intent, context, and artistic merit
Decision - Content is approved, age-restricted, or removed based on policy compliance
Notification - Creators are notified of moderation decisions

Reporting Content

All users can report creator-authored content they believe violates these policies:

Appeals Process

If your Character or Storyline is removed or restricted:

Review the reason provided in your notification
Submit an appeal to contact@isekai.world within 30 days
Include your username and content details
Appeals are reviewed within 7 business days
Decisions on appeals are final

Note: Appeals are not available for Zero Tolerance Policy violations (CSAM, terrorism, hate speech, etc.).

Consequences for Violations

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations:

First Violation (Minor):

Content removal
Warning issued
Educational guidance provided

Repeated Violations:

Temporary suspension (3-30 days)
Limited platform features
Loss of creator privileges

Severe Violations:

Immediate permanent ban from the Platform and all official ISEKAI ZERO community platforms (Discord, and any other official channels, both current and future)
Removal of all content
Report to authorities if legally required (CSAM, terrorism, etc.)
No refunds on Arcane credits or subscriptions
IP address and device identifiers permanently blocked

Zero Tolerance Violations:

The following result in IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT BAN with NO WARNINGS, NO SECOND CHANCES, NO APPEALS:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexualization of underage characters
Grooming or predatory content involving underage characters, including "wait until 18" scenarios
Circumvention or promotion of underage character sexualization (including encouraging NSFW interactions with underage characters on any platform or community)
Content depicting characters in secondary/high school uniforms or settings in sexual or suggestive contexts
Non-consensual sexual content, including rape, sexual assault, sexual coercion, CNC (consensual-non-consent), and dubious consent scenarios
Incest
Bestiality
Terrorism or violent extremism
Hate speech
Content promoting self-harm or suicide
Fake engagement and metric manipulation, including the use of alternate accounts, bot accounts, or any method to artificially inflate platform metrics

IMPORTANT: Violations result in permanent ban from the ISEKAI ZERO platform AND all official ISEKAI ZERO community platforms (including but not limited to Discord servers, Facebook groups, Instagram, Reddit, Twitter/X, and any other official channels, both current and future).

Special Notes for ISEKAI ZERO Creators

NSFW Content Best Practices

If you create NSFW content (18+ only):

Always tag properly upon creation
Keep Character images and Storyline covers suitable for browsing (no exposed genitalia or nipples)
Provide content warnings in descriptions
Respect boundaries - Never include prohibited content
Understand the rules - Review the Sexual and Nudity Content Policy carefully
Ensure NSFW characters visually appear as adults - characters must not have child-like features, underage-like appearances, or youthful characteristics regardless of stated age

Creating Characters

When creating Character profiles, ensure they:

Do not impersonate real living people without clear fictional/parody context
Do not sexualize underage characters or depict them in harmful situations
Include appropriate content warnings in descriptions
Are tagged correctly (SFW/NSFW, age restrictions)
Have SFW profile images even if the Character is NSFW-tagged

Creating Storylines

When creating Storylines, ensure they:

Have accurate titles and descriptions that match the content
Include appropriate content warnings in descriptions
Are tagged correctly for age and content type
Do not mislead players about the content
Respect copyright and intellectual property
Have SFW cover images even if the Storyline is NSFW-tagged

Platform Support for Quality Content

Storyline Cover Modifications

ISEKAI ZERO reserves the right to modify or replace storyline cover images at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where the cover is deemed inappropriate, does not meet platform standards, or would benefit from improvement for marketing and discovery purposes. Reasons include but are not limited to:

Enhancing image quality and visual appeal
Replacing low-quality or improperly formatted covers
Standardizing covers to meet platform aesthetic standards
Optimizing images for display across different devices
Adding platform branding or quality badges
Replacing covers deemed inappropriate, misleading, or not aligned with platform standards
Improving covers to enhance marketing potential and discoverability

By creating public storylines, you grant ISEKAI ZERO permission to make these aesthetic improvements while you retain ownership of your original content.

Updates to This Policy

This Content Creation Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in community standards, legal requirements, or platform features.

Announcements on our website

Continued creation of content on ISEKAI ZERO after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
