ISEKAI ZERO Community Guidelines
ISEKAI ZERO Community Guidelines
Last Updated: 20th OCTOBER 2026
These guidelines explain how we expect everyone to behave when interacting on ISEKAI ZERO. They apply to comments, replies, your public profile and Wall posts, reports and any other way you interact with other users on the Platform and on official ISEKAI ZERO community channels.
These guidelines work alongside our Terms of Use and Content Creation Policy. If you create storylines or characters, the Content Creation Policy also applies to what you publish.
1. Always Prohibited
The following are never allowed in comments or interactions, regardless of a storyline's content rating:
- Sexual content involving minors. Any sexual or suggestive comment about a character who is, or appears to be, under 18, or who has a child-like mentality. This includes requesting, sharing, or linking to such content.
- Explicit sexual content. Comments may not contain explicit sexual descriptions or sexual acts, on any storyline, at any rating.
- Hate speech and discrimination. Slurs, dehumanising language, or attacks on any person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
- Harassment and bullying. Targeting, insulting, intimidating, or repeatedly contacting another user or creator to upset or distress them.
- Threats. Threats of violence or harm against any real person. Obvious playful exaggeration is not a threat. Anything that could reasonably make someone feel unsafe is, and saying it was a joke does not change that.
- Glorification of mass violence. Comments that celebrate, glorify, or make light of mass killings, massacres, the killing of civilians or children, terrorist attacks, or mass shootings. This applies whether the comment refers to real-world events or to events within a story. Discussing what happens in a storyline is fine. Celebrating slaughter is not.
- Encouraging self-harm or suicide. Telling or encouraging anyone to harm or kill themselves.
- Doxxing. Sharing another person's real name, address, workplace, phone number, photos, or other personal information without consent.
- Non-consensual intimate content. Sharing, requesting, or linking to intimate images of real people.
- Impersonation. Pretending to be another user, a creator, or ISEKAI ZERO staff.
- Spam and scams. Repetitive comments, unsolicited advertising, phishing, malicious links, or "get rich quick" schemes.
- Sharing ways to bypass safety features. Posting methods, prompts, or links for getting around content filters or platform restrictions.
2. Comments Must Match the Storyline's Rating
Comments are public and visible to everyone who opens a storyline, including users who have chosen not to view mature content.
- SFW Only storylines (storylines marked as containing underage characters): no suggestive or sexual comments of any kind, about any character. This includes requests for grown-up, aged-up, or adult versions of the characters.
- SFW storylines: comments must be SFW. No sexual, suggestive, graphically violent, or otherwise mature content.
- M17 storylines: comments follow the same rules as SFW storylines. No sexual, suggestive, graphically violent, or otherwise mature content.
- No promotion of adult content: on SFW Only, SFW and M17 storylines, comments must not mention, advertise, point to, or ask for NSFW or 18+ content, or an NSFW or 18+ version of the story.
- 18+ storylines: comments must still follow Section 1. Explicit sexual content is not permitted in comments, even on 18+ storylines.
A storyline's rating sets the maximum for its comments, not a license to go further.
Comments on Wall posts follow the same rules as comments on a SFW storyline.
3. Your Public Profile and Wall
Your profile and Wall are public and visible to everyone, including users who have chosen not to view mature content. Your bio, avatar, cover and Wall posts (including their images and attached storylines) must follow Section 1. In addition, your bio and Wall posts must not contain:
- Sexual or suggestive content. This includes innuendo, sexual jokes and sexual descriptions of yourself or anyone else.
- Mentions or promotion of NSFW or 18+ content. This includes saying that you create it, or where it can be found.
- Promotion of other platforms. This includes links, handles and invitations to other websites, apps, shops, paid services, social media accounts or private servers.
4. Be Respectful
You are free to disagree, give honest feedback and criticise a storyline. Criticise the work, not attack the creator.
- Constructive criticism of a storyline is welcome.
- Personal insults toward creators or other users are not.
- Do not harass creators or other users, or encourage others to pile on them.
- Only report content you genuinely believe breaks our rules. Reporting out of spite, rivalry, or a personal grudge, spamming reports, or organising others to mass-report someone for the same reasons is misuse of the reporting system.
Reported content is judged only on whether it breaks our rules, not on who reported it or why.
5. Reporting and Blocking
Reporting. If you see a comment that breaks these guidelines, use the report option on that comment. Reporting in good faith is always welcome, even if the comment turns out not to break the rules.
Blocking. You can block any user to stop them from interacting with you. Blocking takes effect immediately and does not require a report.
Misusing reports. Misuse of the reporting system may result in an account timeout. Repeated misuse, or misuse used to target or harass another user, may result in longer timeouts or a permanent ban.
6. What Happens When Guidelines Are Broken
We review reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. Content that breaks these guidelines is removed.
Depending on how serious the violation is and whether it has happened before, we may:
- Remove the comment
- Remove your bio, avatar or cover
- Timeout your ability to comment for a period of time, with a warning that further violations may lead to a permanent ban
- Permanently remove your ability to comment
- Put your account on timeout, with a warning that further violations may lead to a permanent ban
- Permanently ban your account
Serious violations, including sexual content involving minors, threats, doxxing, and glorification of mass violence, may result in an immediate permanent ban without a prior warning. Where required by law, we report illegal content to the relevant authorities.
Deleting a comment after it has been reported does not prevent us from acting on it.
7. Appeals
If you believe a decision about your account was made in error, you can appeal by emailing contact@isekai.world. Appeals are reviewed within 7 business days. Permanent bans for the most serious violations are not eligible for appeal.
8. Contact
For questions about these guidelines, or to report objectionable content:
Email: contact@isekai.world
Urgent reports: use the subject line "Urgent - Objectionable Content Report"
These guidelines may be updated from time to time. Continued use of ISEKAI ZERO means you accept the current version.
