ISEKAI ZERO Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms (the "Program Terms") apply to the ISEKAI ZERO Affiliate Program (the "Program") run by ARX MEDIA SDN BHD ("ISEKAI ZERO", "we", "us"). They are in addition to the ISEKAI ZERO Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If the Program Terms and the Terms of Use say different things about the Program, the Program Terms apply to the Program.

By applying to the Program, accepting these terms in the app, or sharing an affiliate code or link, you agree to the Program Terms.

1. What the Program is

The Program lets approved creators, streamers, cosplayers, website publishers, newsletter authors and other influencers ("Affiliates", "you") earn a share of what the people they bring to ISEKAI ZERO spend on Arcane. You get a personal affiliate code and link, a dashboard that shows your referrals and earnings, and an earnings balance you can withdraw.

The Program replaces the standard referral rewards for your account. While you are an Affiliate you take part in the Program instead of the regular referral program.

2. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
You must have an ISEKAI ZERO account in good standing. One Affiliate account per person.
You must own or control the channels you list in your application (for example a YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, X or Discord channel, a newsletter, or a website such as an anime blog or an AI tools guide) and let us verify them.
You need at least 10,000 followers or subscribers in total across the channels you list, or at least 10,000 monthly visitors in total across the websites you list. Visitor numbers are self-reported on the form. We may ask for analytics proof and we check them before approval.
Every application is reviewed by our team. We may accept or decline an application for any reason and we do not have to explain a decision.
The Program is currently open to purchases made on ISEKAI ZERO only.

3. Your code and links

You choose your affiliate code once, on the application form. It cannot be changed afterwards except by us.
Your affiliate link is https://www.isekaizero.ai/?referralCode=YOURCODE. You may add any ISEKAI ZERO page before the ?, for example a story you like, and you may create tagged links in your dashboard to see which post or video brings people in.
A person becomes your referral (a "Fan") when they create a new ISEKAI ZERO account through your link or enter your code in the app, pass our standard checks, and are not already attributed to another Affiliate or referrer. The app shows the exact conditions at the time.
Attribution is first come, first served and cannot be moved from one Affiliate to another.

4. What you earn

Your rates are shown in your dashboard and in the app before you accept these terms. The defaults are:

First purchase share	25% of the Arcane value of the Fan's first purchase
Repeat purchase share	15% of the Arcane value of every later purchase
Earning window	6 months per Fan, from the day they were attributed to you
Fan bonus	+25% extra Arcane for the Fan on a first purchase of the 200, 500 or 1,000 Arcane pack, on top of the pack's own bonus

Arcane value, not store price. Your share is calculated on the Arcane value of what the Fan bought, at 1 USD = 100 Arcane, no matter where or how they paid (website, App Store, Google Play, custom top-up). Bonus Arcane from offers, promotions, gifts, free Mana and any other free credit are not counted.
Window. Purchases a Fan makes after their window ends do not pay you. Your rates and window for each Fan are fixed on the day that Fan is attributed to you, so a later change to the Program does not change what you earn from existing Fans unless we tell you otherwise and you agree.
Fan bonus. A Fan who joined with your code gets extra Arcane when their first purchase is the 200, 500 or 1,000 Arcane pack. The bonus is a percentage of the pack's base Arcane and is added on top of any bonus the pack already carries, so on the 200 Arcane starter pack the two bonuses stack to +50%. If their first purchase is a different pack, the bonus is not applied and is not offered again. You still earn your share on every qualifying purchase either way.
We may agree different rates with individual Affiliates. Rates agreed with you are shown in your dashboard and replace the defaults.

6. Withdrawals

You can withdraw from your earnings balance once you have accepted the current version of these terms in the app.
The minimum withdrawal is 50 USD, or 200 USD for a SWIFT bank transfer because of the bank fees involved. Payouts go to the payout account you set up in the app and are usually sent within 3 business days. You can be paid through Tremendous (PayPal, Venmo, bank deposit, gift cards and other options, depending on your country, with Tremendous's own fees shown before you confirm), by bank transfer, or to a supported crypto wallet. Bank payouts are sent in USD, or in MYR to a Malaysian bank at the exchange rate of the day.
You are responsible for any taxes, fees or charges that apply to your earnings, including fees charged by your bank, wallet or payment provider. We may ask for tax or identity information before paying you and may withhold where the law requires.
We may hold or cancel a withdrawal while we investigate possible breaches of these terms.

7. Rules for promoting ISEKAI ZERO

You must:

Tell your audience clearly that you earn from the link or code, in the way the law and the platform you post on require (for example "affiliate link" or "#ad").
Describe ISEKAI ZERO honestly. Do not promise things the product does not do, invent discounts, or describe the Program as a way to get free money.
Follow the rules of every platform where you post, and the ISEKAI ZERO Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and content ratings. Content you post about ISEKAI ZERO must be suitable for the platform and the audience it reaches.
Keep your content and your audience appropriate for an app rated for adults. Do not direct your promotion at minors.

You must not:

Use your own code, buy Arcane through your own link, or create extra accounts to earn from yourself.
Pay, reward or otherwise incentivise people to sign up or buy, run cash-back or coupon offers, or post your code on coupon, deal or voucher sites.
Use paid search ads that bid on "ISEKAI ZERO", "Isekai Zero" or confusingly similar terms, or point paid ads at our domains without our written agreement.
Send unsolicited messages (spam), use bots, fake accounts, bought traffic, forced redirects, iframes, cookie stuffing or any other way of attributing people who did not knowingly use your link or code.
Present yourself as an employee, partner or official representative of ISEKAI ZERO, or register domains, usernames or pages that could be confused with ours.
Use our name or artwork in a way that is misleading, offensive or that damages our reputation.

8. Using our brand

While you are an Affiliate you may use the ISEKAI ZERO name, logo, screenshots, trailers and other assets we make available for promotion, only to promote ISEKAI ZERO under these terms. You may not change our logo, claim our assets as yours, or use them after you leave the Program. Everything else in the Terms of Use about intellectual property still applies.

9. Fan data

Your dashboard shows limited information about your Fans, such as a username, country and purchase activity, so you can see how your promotion is doing. This information is confidential. Use it only to track your Program results. Do not publish it, sell it, combine it with other data, or contact Fans with it.

10. Suspension and ending the Program

You may leave the Program at any time by contacting us. Earnings already credited and not in breach of these terms remain yours to withdraw.
We may suspend or end your participation at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have broken these terms, the Terms of Use or the law, if your account is suspended, or if the Program changes or closes.
If we end your participation for a breach, unpaid and pending earnings linked to the breach are forfeited and we may recover amounts already paid. Earnings not linked to the breach are reviewed case by case.
When your participation ends, your Fans stop earning for you, your code and links stop working, and you must stop using our brand assets.

11. Changes to the Program

We may change these terms, the default rates, the earning window, the Fan bonus, the eligible purchases or any other part of the Program. We will show the new version in the app, and you will need to accept it before your next withdrawal. Changes to rates and windows apply to Fans attributed after the change, as explained in section 4, unless we agree otherwise with you.

12. Relationship and liability

You take part as an independent party. Nothing in the Program creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture, and you cannot make commitments on our behalf.
Taking part in the Program is not exclusive. You may promote other products, and we may work with other Affiliates.
You are responsible for your content and your channels. You will cover us for claims that result from your promotion, in the same way as under the Terms of Use.
The limits on our liability in the Terms of Use apply to the Program. The clause of the Terms of Use that limits the platform to private, non-commercial use does not stop you from promoting ISEKAI ZERO under the Program.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are handled in the way the Terms of Use describe.
